Erin Thomson

I graduated from Knox College in 2007 with a B.A. in English Literature and secondary concentrations in Psychology and Creative Writing. While at Knox, I played on the Women's Varsity Soccer Team and studied abroad for a term at The University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland. I've only had a little modeling and promotional experience, but have greatly enjoyed what I've done thus far. Professionally, I'm in Social Services and am beginning a Master's in Clinical Social Work at UW-Madison this fall. I work at a homeless shelter with single women suffering from severe mental health issues. The job can be very stressful, and pays little (which of course only builds upon pre-existing stress.) I want to continue modeling (and, potentially, acting) because it's become an outlet for me---something fun to do that takes my mind off of social work, while allowing me to feel good about myself.
